So you’re not genetic? So you are not special? So you’re not good looking? well let me tell you “there is no gene for human spirit” and that mojo is inside of you just waiting for your permission to activate; because only you have an authority towards your life.
I have a workout for you- this one you can do even without a gym AT HOME! If you are a fat ass who never experienced a day in the gym; this one is going to work very very well!
Stretch for 5 minutes then:
bed push ups 15 reps rest 1 minutes in between sets for 3 sets then:
Clap push ups: do 2 sets of at least 10 reps rest 2minutes in between then rest for 3 minutes then:Follow @AboutLifting
jump squats: do at least 10 reps of 3 sets rest for 2 minutes in between.
There you have it, a simple workout for only 30 minutes that will burn your ass and get your muscles stimulated for repair and caloric burning. just remember to drink raw eggs, milk or any high protein beverage afterwards.
