Timing Your Meals To Maximize Fat BURNING

As what is well known obesity is becoming a major problem in the world right now. (so the world is getting so firkin rich) just a thousand years ago only kings would have had this sort of problem; perhaps it is inevitable part of mankind’s “development”, but this doesn’t change the fact that millions of people still die of hunger. Obesity is no better; People suffer cardiovascular diseases, lifestyle inhibitions, physical trauma as a result of disturbed balance, high risk for cancer, and even ,more than can be possibly enumerated here and these causes are connected to obesity itself and the factors that cause it such as unhealthy diet or disturbed hormone levels related to lifestyle.

Now why is this such a big deal? What is different about obesity now? HUGE. As you may not know obesity is not only caused by overeating, these days because of rampant chemicals and hormones in the food market our systems turns haywire. Scientists have discovered that there are intestinal bacteria that is common to obese people, and their hormone levels are affected by the food they eat which makes it much more difficult to combat it nowadays than in any period in history and it doesn’t make it easier for us to do so when so many BS that don’t work are being sold to us by the mainstream media; forcing “miracle products” to us that they pitch as the holy grail of fat loss. Bad news to all of us: THERE AINT NO EASY WAY. There isn’t a single product on the market that’s going to help you lose fat single handedly. You can try liposuction but I guarantee after 1 year of the same crappy lifestyle you’ll be back to your hippo-self once more.


Today we are going to discuss one method which was derived from the study of George Brooks from the University of California in Berkeley which showed that the body uses mainly fat as a fuel at exercise intensities below 65% of maximum effort in which carbohydrate-rich meals tend to slow the fat release from fat cells and decrease subsequent fat burning. In this study two groups of obese subjects were observed. Both groups did 30 minutes of exercises at moderate intensity and then on group consumed a meal rich in carbohydrates and the other consumed a meal rich in protein. The high carbohydrate meal suppressed fat release and usage after exercise, while the high protein meal increased fat burning. Consuming a carbohydrate-rich meal consumed 2 hours before exercise likewise promoted fat burning just like post-exercise high protein meal. The reason behind this maybe because of the extra energy that was provided by the pre-workout meal which served as a start of fat-burning momentum. This study results completely disagree with the popular starvation notion to loose weight but avoiding exercise.


Recommendation: To maximize fat burning one must consume a carbohydrate-rich meal 2 hours before an endurance exercise (ex: running, cardio) preferably grain-based foods like whole-grain loafs of bread, oatmeal, or brown rice so it will provide a steady supply of energy all through the workout as the above meals are slow-digesting carbs. Then immediately after the session consume a high-protein, low-carb meal ( include whey, casein or low-fat milk).

    This is very OT. I’m posting this comment because I noticed that you’re a reader of the heartiste blog. Heartiste wrote a blog article recently that I think was dishonest or at least did not tell the full story.

    This was the blog article in question, Confident A-Hole Game:


    Many of us warned him that the images in his article were tampered with by an anonymous troll. He refused to publish many of our comments that exposed the fraud because it doesn’t sit well with his world view. In refusing to publish the original chat logs or to make any kind of retraction, he is at least as guilty as the troll who sent them.

    He likes to pretend that average looking, average income guys can get a harem of girls simply by being extremely confident.. that the only thing standing in the way of these average guys is their beta behaviour. Since most people are average, this is a very good business decision on his part.

    The truth is most guys cannot afford to behave in the way prescribed in that particular article. It is not good game advice. I beckon for you to try to repeat his success(which mind you occurred in the span of 2 hours).

    The original images tell a very different story. These chat logs were from another website who holds a very different and, in my opinion, a far more cynical world view. The conversations were between an actual male model and a girl. It is our opinion that women of this day and age are as obsessed with looks as men.

    1. i would like to comment you for your efforts: however this is the same thing I see in real life. Try to live in the “hood”. I’ve seen the “ghetto” guys and the beutiful chicks, not much money from them at all, but “status”. It is better to be good looking make no mistake that is why groooming must still be taken into practice: but if you dont have money; nor looks; “status” is the way to go. So I still believe that ugly guys can get beautiful women provided that they show “status” and what better sign of status there is than “confidence”? But don’t throw away your looks; that is also important to signal the babes that you value and care for yourself.

      1. It has nothing to do with looks. You are giving women wayyyy too much credit. Not every woman is smart and confident. Most are pretty insecure, and kinda dumb (not stupid, just dumb). They don’t have a ton of hobbies, (if any) and in fact are pretty damn boring. So boring that if any dude shows up with a modicum of personality and doesn’t act like a scumbag, she’ll probably be down to spend time with him. I bartend at a local college bar and I get propositioned several times a night. I’m not a model, just and average dude with tattoos and a beard. The only difference between me and the average guy is that I don’t worship the ground these girls walk on. I bust their chops and tease them. It’s not rocket science. If you’ve seen the stupid things I’ve seen women do at bars, you’d do the same thing. Freud said it best when he wrote; “If men knew how women thought, they’d be ten times more bold.”

I respect your lengthy opinion, however what I was saying was quite the contrary; You start caring for your looks nonetheless, whether for the women or not; but as means of-self respect- and if your read my comment I don’t think I ever mentioned anything regarding worshipping girls- OR ARE YOU REPLYING TO THE COMMENT OF ANONYMOUS? ?
          What I said was to men looks aren’t that important because men are looked high upon according to their status; in your case it is obvious that being a bartender is indeed a plus- bartenders are high status-like what the rule says in bars “The bartender is always right” that is rule #1 and if he is wrong, please refer to rule number 1.
