So we know that the Iron Thumb™ method involves PAIN, soreness, and lots of it. That is required and the pain is a sign of muscle damage and your body is on its way to repairing the muscle and make the fibrs stronger and thicker than before to be able to withstand more traumatic conditions. But keep in mind that the moves must be executed in their proper FORM – one to be able to target the correct muscles and two, to avoid injury.

    1. You question imeilps that you think supplements actually work. They don’t. Muscle built with steroids is most definitely a TEMPORARY thing. Once a user cycles off the gains just vanish so it’s a fool’s paradise. But as far as legal supplements go .they don’t really help to increase muscle mass any more than real food and proper training. So it doesn’t really matter.

      1. Well you are correct- but steroids can also be permanenet. The muscle you gain with steroids will pretty much stay with you as long as you keep on training. No training-lose muscle / Steroid or no steroid
