A Perfect Home Workout for 30 minutes NO EXCUSES

Except for discussing new painfull ways on how to workout and achieve fast results in th gym, scientific researches that will help you gain as much muscle as you can naturally; About Lifting also cares about emotional well being and off course; your self image so to speak. So how is it going? Do you still dwell under your bed-sheets lamenting on how desperate you are? I will show you a good picture of a guy I found in the net.

He’s got some reason to be depressed doesn’t he? Look at those shoulders; he really made the most out of what he got. Which is the reason he is our featured image for this post. Congratulations!

But seriously are you still thinking about skipping your workout? So what is your excuse now? O I forgot I dont want to hear them!

So you’re not genetic? So you are not special? So you’re not good looking? well let me tell you “there is no gene for human spirit” and that mojo is inside of you just waiting for your permission to activate; because only you have an authority towards your life.

I have a workout for you- this one you can do even without a gym AT HOME! If you are a fat ass who never experienced a day in the gym; this one is going to work very very well!

Stretch for 5 minutes then:


bed push ups 15 reps rest 1 minutes in between sets for 3 sets then:

bed push ups

Clap push ups: do 2 sets of at least 10 reps rest 2minutes in between then rest for 3 minutes then:

clap push up

jump squats: do at least 10 reps of 3 sets rest for 2 minutes in between.

There you have it, a simple workout for only 30 minutes that will burn your ass and get your muscles stimulated for repair and caloric burning. just remember to drink raw eggs, milk or any high protein beverage afterwards.
